We’ve designed three intentional spaces where high-capacity, faith-led women can connect, grow, and lead with clarity. This is not about surface-level networking or shallow motivation. It’s about finding strength in sisterhood, hearing from God in your quiet moments, and stepping forward with courage and purpose.
The Refinery
An Immersive Retreat for the Woman Who’s Ready to Rest + Rise
Set against the backdrop of rolling hills and open skies in Northeast Missouri, The Refinery is a quiet, sacred space to come home to yourself. This intimate in-person retreat will be hosted on Kerri’s land, where a brand new pool house and gathering space are being lovingly built with women like you in mind. The Refinery is a place to step away from the noise, reconnect with God, and experience deep rest paired with powerful, soul-fueling conversation.
You’ll enjoy beautiful meals, meaningful rhythms, and intentional time for stillness and connection. Think forest walks, breath work, guided reflections, and space to dream again. With only nine spots available, this experience is intentionally intimate—and it’s meant to renew you for the next season of your life and leadership.
The Circle
A Monthly Gathering Space for Women in Business
Launching in July 2025, The Circle is a virtual experience designed for women who are leading, building, or navigating the nuanced challenges of life and work with faith at the center. Each month, you’ll join a small group of like-hearted women for a time of teaching, conversation, and soul-deep encouragement. These aren’t just meetings—they’re sacred pauses that remind you who you are and help you grow into who you’re becoming. The Circle also offers the option to add one-on-one coaching for those desiring deeper support. With a commitment to accessibility, this space is priced to reflect the value of intentional growth—without becoming another overwhelming task on your calendar.
As a member of The Circle, you’ll be the first to know about in-person gatherings and future retreats. Over time, our goal is to cultivate a trusted network of women who not only cheer for each other but walk closely together in both the highs and lows of leadership.
The Community

If you're not ready to join The Circle or attend a retreat, you can still stay close. Our email community began with a simple birthday message and a few heartfelt DMs—and it has since grown into a movement of over 150 women who receive weekly encouragement rooted in truth, grace, and the realities of life as a woman of faith.
This is where we started, and it remains the heartbeat of what we do. Through these emails, you’ll receive stories, insights, and reflections that remind you you’re not alone.
