Kerri M. Roberts - Fractional HR Executive, Leadership Advisor, Author, and Speaker

In the summer of 2022, Kerri spent a week reading, praying, and reflecting in Innsbrook, Missouri - a quiet space that sparked a bigger vision. While reading Through His Eyes by Jerram Barrs, she began to consider what it might look like to fully embrace her calling as both a woman of faith and a business leader.

The name “Salt & Light” came immediately.

She opened to Matthew 5:13–16:
“You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world… let your light shine before others…”

It captured exactly how she wanted to serve business owners with:
salt: wisdom, truth, and experience
light: clarity, encouragement, and hope

Salt & Light Advisors launched soon after, built on the belief that HR should be grounded, people-centered, and truly helpful - not complicated, intimidating, or disconnected from real business needs.

Today, Kerri blends 20+ years of HR and operations leadership, small-town warmth, and big-city professionalism to help businesses build systems and cultures that shine with integrity and purpose.
