Term: 6-month minimum, then ongoing month-to-month

Growth Membership - $5,000/month

For companies ready to strengthen systems and act on insights.
• Everything in Core
• Month 1 Launch Day (onsite): audit + 90-day plan
• Strategic implementation support (2–3 days/month)
• Leadership meeting participation as needed

Term: 6-month minimum, then ongoing

Transform Membership - $8,000/month

A true partnership for businesses who want HR leadership at the table.
• Everything in Growth
• Direct HR support for hiring, employee relations, discipline, coaching
• Fully outsourced fractional HR leadership (4+ days/month)
• Mid-year recalibration (virtual or onsite)

Term: 12-month minimum, then ongoing

Capacity Notice: We maintain a hard cap of 3 total fractional memberships (Growth + Transform combined). If we’re at capacity, you can join the waitlist or begin with Core/HR in a Box.
