How does pricing work?
Essentials projects start around 2,750 and go up based on scope and team size.
Fractional Partnerships range from 1,000/month to 8,000/month depending on the level of involvement.
Membership pricing varies by track. We’re always transparent and will walk you through it during your discovery call.
I need HR systems but I’m not ready for a full consulting partnership - do you offer something in-between?

What’s the difference between Salt & Light Advisors and Kerri’s personal brand?
Salt & Light Advisors is Kerri’s business - run with a team, focused on full-service HR support.
