I proposed a tailored SWOT analysis—focused specifically on mid-level leadership development and organizational clarity. After a quick exchange of pricing, a signed contract, and a few calendar invites, we were off and running.

Here’s how it unfolded:

  • Step 1: Discovery Call (via Teams)
    We walked through objectives, identified key challenges, and ensured alignment with the executive team.

  • Step 2: Onsite Strategy Session
    I flew to the client to meet with their mid-level leaders in person. From 9am to noon, I facilitated conversations around:

    • Operations

    • Support

    • Leadership Perceptions

    • Team Dynamics

    • Communication Gaps

  • Step 3: Executive Debrief
    At lunch, the executive team joined us. I compiled my observations into a working report, and from 1–3:30pm, we reviewed findings, explored root issues, and mapped out a future-forward strategy.

  • Step 4: Deliverables & Next Steps
    Once back in Missouri, I finalized the SWOT report and sent it to their team for implementation. The report now guides their decision-making around leadership development, hybrid work, communication practices, and more.
